Baldemiros Taco Shop

We went as a group of four. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The food was really good. I know some people had bad experiences but we didn't see or have any of those issues. In fact the guy working the register was brutally honest about the size of their side dishes with another customer. The wait was short and everything was hot. The taste of the food and portions were on point.

I have always loved Baldemiros taco shop! I have been going there since it first opened. Although I no longer live in seaside I still go by there and pick up food! The chorizo is probably the best chorizo I have had! Everyone is always so friendly, and the vibe is always good. It's gotten a lot more expensive but so has everything right?!?

I came in at nearly closing time and it was still super packed with a huge line! Love the atmosphere! The store itself is small and located at a corner so there is street parking available. The food was very good and the customer service was quick. Would recommend giving this place a try!

I spent the weekend in Seaside and was looking for breakfast near by and came across Baldemiros. We ordered a super burrito w/ carnitas & it is arguably one of the best carnitas burritos I've ever had. This burrito is LOADED & for the price it's definitely worth it. Their service was fairly quick & we didn't wait too long. They have plenty of seating inside and free parking in their lot. It seemed like most people that were ordering were taking it to go but this shop is definitely a hole in the wall and I'd definitely come back for this burrito & to try their other items!

We were in town visiting the university and wanted something local. We ended up eating here for dinner twice it was so good! We got the super burritos and the crispy tacos the first night. Second night we got the toastada and the quesadilla. The grilled chicken was amazing as well as the carne asada. The place has some seating inside but we took our orders to go. They do take phone orders but we had no problem ordering there.

Delicious Mexican food, items have significantly decreased in size but that's to be expected with inflation. Service was excellent and I liked the updated decor...cleaner and well kept.

This place has never changed. Their consistency on their food is always great. The breakfast burritos are a must to try. Pairs well with a red and green sauce. The service is always good you order in the counter pick a table or (To-GO) they call up your order. They have restrooms for costumers and some tables but the inside it's not that big. Ambience is nice and quiet... the restaurant it's always clean as well.

So my husband said he ate at Baldermiro's 15 years ago and remembered them having amazing burritos...so of course, I said, well then, I guess we're getting burritos. LOL At first when you drive up to the empty parking lot you start to wonder if it's any good. We parked and were greeted with a smiling front counter person. We placed our orders for a carne asada burrito with salsa, rice and beans and a super carne asada with everything, and a large horchata. The restaurant is an older building but it's very clean inside. We got our order to go and they made our burritos exactly as requested and OMGeee...the flavor with the perfectly tenderized asada is mouth watering. The green salsa is a little hotter than medium and the tortilla warmed and browned just right. Then you have the horchata. It was also delicious with a creaminess to it and hints of cinnamon. I have no complaints about this visit and we will definitely be back.

Stopped here for some breakfast burritos to go before our drive to Big Sur. My first time here and it didn't disappoint!! I LOVED their chorizo breakfast burrito and I can't wait to get another!! Service was fast and pleasant. The place is small and clean. Ample parking spaces on the property and on the street. Call in your order for a quick pick up.
